*Suryalila – the place:

Suryalila is a magical place nestled at the bottom of the Sierra de Grazalema in Andalusia, Spain. It is without doubt one of the most beautiful yoga retreat centers I have ever seen. It was my home for 15 months, now I come back regularly to run my own retreats there. No place with better vegan food, nicer community and sunshine even in winter 🙂

The Clarity Yoga Retreat Includes:

• A small group of max. 10 guests
• A self coaching manual that helps you to find out what you really want in your life, what your purpose is or how to untangle your thoughts and become more organized and clearheaded
• A special CLARITY DIARY (agenda) to take back home and to guide you and help you to stay organized and focused on your plans on a day-today basis throughout the whole year
• Two yoga classes a day: dynamic classes in the mornings and a restorative or yin yoga class in the evenings. Classes are adapted to suit all levels.
• Set up your HOME PRACTICE: one of the most powerful tools to stay healthy and focused is learning and integrating your home practice, independent from yoga studios
• Theory classes about the ancient teachings of yoga (yes, they are full surprisingly of up-to-date tips for finding more CLARITY and eqanimity)
• A guided hike in our nearby Sierra de Grazalema or at the magical river (depending on the weather). Out in nature your mind can relax and you can begin your journey towards more CLARITY.
• Five nights in our beautiful cozy Eco Casa, Yurts or Glamping tents.
• Three delicious organic vegetarian meals a day including tea and coffee at any time of the day
• Use of all the Suryalila facilities including the salt water pool and free WiFi.
• A Sauna night under the andalusian stars
• cosy evenings in front of our fire place with a cup of tea or local wine, connecting , chatting, playing games…
