I invite you to seven days of exploring inner calmness and the child within where we welcome all levels to playfully combine and try different styles of yoga like Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative, and Nidra yoga. Experience mornings in silence, meditation, pranayama, playfully learn about yoga ethics and philosophy, enjoy relaxation by the pool, outstandig vegetarian gourmet cuisine, picking figs from the trees, invigorating river hikes and chanting in the Om Dome on the fanstastic Suryalila grounds with the wides view over rolling hills and breath taking sunsets.
This retreat can change your life and your view on yoga. All life is yoga! Here, we´ll discover it and play like children do without competition. Learn to understand yourself and find peace and joy 🙂

Every class of the program was just an invitation, so there was no pressure to attend. Because it is your precious time & your needs.
The retreat helped me on the one hand to improve my asanas, of course. But it went so much deeper, like yoga goes as well. We learned so much about the ethical part of yoga and ourselves. It really will have a sustainable impact on my life outside the retreat. Because yoga starts, wen you are leaving the mat!

“Coming out of the reatreat I felt physically stronger an more flexible, body nourished with healthy food an mind calmed. The location in the Alpujarras is amazing, peaceful and full of energy from the sounds of the peacocks, birds and bees. I experienced the retreat as very intense and energizing, deepened my yoga practice and got to learn a lot from the teachers about the yoga philosophy.
Ina & Pia were super involved, both quite different in their style of teaching. Ina with a strong, dynamic vinyasa, focusing on flexibility and relaxing meditations with her soft voice. Pia with a focus on the correct alignment of each posture, helping me to understand the yoga foundation.
